    This can be fixed. Just as ETH and BNB use the same addresses (like if you own an ETH address, you also own the same address on BSC blockchain), CRO and ERC20 is also sharing addresses. So even if you sent the CRO on Cronos instead of ETH, it's still the same address - yours (well in this case I guess it's Coinbase address?). There shouldn't be an issue for Coinbase to see that there's CRO on the ERC20 blockchain on your address. Look it up on blockchain explorer, and you should see the assets there.

    This is why you want to use addresses that are your own completely, private keys and all.

    3. Feedback / Live bug / User experience. At the bottom of the screen, there are lots of different links. The link that says"Design Resources" actually links to https://bc.game/casino

      I would also prefer to have "latest bets" higher up on the screen, directly under the game. That way you don't have to scroll down to check the previous bets.

    Edit: The best part about this update is that I can now have more games in my Favourites. I really hated how the oldest games in favourites got hidden as you added more games.

     

    Edit 2: One thing that really needs to be updated is how the payments from the weekly VIP contests is handled. A 72 hour long administration of the prizes is already too long. But most of the time it's not even 72, more like double that. Take now for example. I have ~$700 I've won from contests. It's just that I don't actually have them, because BC haven't paid yet. One of the contents should have been paid yesterday, and another one tomorrow. It's unreasonable that I'm sitting here at home, broke, when I shouldn't and wouldn't be if contests were paid on time. For me this issue has gotten so far that I've decided to not participate in any more contests, even though I enjoy those a lot. It just doesn't work for me, not knowing when the money will be paid. Because when Im at top 5 with a few days left on the contest, I give it my all trying to grab first prize. Sometimes that means losing all my money. Losing money like that is fine, as long as you know when you get paid, so you can plan accordingly. But planning for money on Wednesday and they don't get paid until the weekend after creates a lot of headache.

    How do I unlock BCD?

    The only way to unlock BCD is by wagering.

    Unlock amount = wager amount * 1% * 20%

    For every 500$ wager - 1$ BCD is unlocked.
     

    You need to unlock $10 BCD ($5000 wagered) before you can withdraw them to your wallet.

    How do I get unmuted in the chat?

    If you have been muted in the chat, chances are you have broken one or more of the chat rules. If you got muted for a specific amount of time, it will be lifted automatically when the time runs out. If the mute isn’t automatically removed contact live support.

    To avoid getting muted, follow these simple rules:

     

    No Begging for Tips or Rain

     

    This includes both ACTIVE and PASSIVE begging. There isn’t a fine line between begging and not begging. You either are or you’re not, so don’t do it unless you want to be muted and/or banned.

     

    No Referral Links to other Casinos or Anywhere Else

    Do not post referral links here for anything, especially not to other casinos. Doing so will get you banned. Clean links are ok for the most part, provided it’s not something such as a link to shill your own Telegram channel. Also, note that BCGame is not responsible for any external sites you may visit, so please take caution when clicking on such links that others post.     Don’t Spam Or Post Meaningless/Irrelevant Content

    Plain and simple. Don’t post stuff that would be considered spam. Typing the same message over and over again is considered spam, as is posting irrelevant content just to be noticed.

     

    Derogatory Remarks about Race/Religion/Gender are Strictly Prohibited

    While we do support freedom of speech here at BCGame, we DO NOT tolerate any sort of abuse about race, religion or gender. Doing so will get you banned immediately, with no second chances.

     

    Borrowing/Lending/Trading is Prohibited in Public Chat

    Do not ask to borrow coins or conduct trades for anything in public. This is not an open market, there are other places you can do so if you please with the proper logistics in place to reduce scams. Taking part in such activities outside of public chat is on you, and in doing so you accept that BCGame is not responsible for any issues that may arise from it.  This rule was set in place due to the increase in scammers and complaints about such activities.

     

    Obey All BCGame Admins/Mods/Support Staff, Their Word is Final

    It doesn’t matter if they are new, a veteran, or someone you just don’t like for whatever reason. Mods are in place to serve a purpose, to moderate chat. If a BCGame staff member or mod instructs you to stop doing something, then stop. No questions asked. If you feel that their request is wrong, please ask another mod or contact an admin to review. Failure to comply will get you banned.

     

     

    Where is my deposit/withdrawal?

    When making a deposit or withdrawal it’s important to use the correct address.

     

    For example:

    Only deposit/withdraw Bitcoin to a Bitcoin address, Ethereum to an Ethereum address and Binance to a Binance address. In addition, some coins might have alternative addresses.

    There are CRO on both the Cronos network and Ethereum network, and you can find Litecoin both on its native network and the Binance network. Only deposit/withdraw coins to a network that corresponds with the one you are withdrawing/depositing from.

    Sending or withdrawing to the wrong address or network will result in i loss of funds.

    You can check your transaction at various blockchain explorers.

    If you have done everything right and the transaction still doesn’t show in your wallet, contact live support.
