missing funds I won 23,771.87BCD playing Aztec slots and it just disappeared after game crashed

So ask the title said I started with about 8-9$ of Bonus BCD and won $23,771.87 USD but then the game crashed and my account zeroed out and now I don’t know what to do I have videos of me winning and going to my profile and it’s all viewable on my bill it says bonus unlocked then -23,771.87 then under that 0 I don’t know what to do in this situation if anyone can help me figure it out I can upload the 2 videos I have too if needed but honestly every thing is in my transaction bills

I tried but it seems like they don’t understand what happened either I’m gonna keep trying I just thought maybe there might be a support user or mod here that could help me raise the issue to get it resolved
